Privacy

What personal data digitalmind.cz processes, why and for how long. No tracking cookies.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party content that would follow you around. That is why there is no consent banner. Below is an overview of what is processed when you use the site.

Data controller: Ing. Jakub Frieb, Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: frieb@digitalmind.cz.

Contact form

The name, e-mail and message from the form are sent to me by e-mail; the site does not store them. I use them only to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps prior to a possible engagement and a legitimate interest in replying). I keep the e-mail conversation for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry or a resulting engagement.

Meeting booking

When you book a meeting, I store your name, e-mail, the chosen time, the meeting format and your message so I can confirm the meeting, send a calendar invitation and cancel it if needed. An unconfirmed booking expires after 48 hours. I delete details of past meetings once they are no longer needed for further communication.

Analytics

I measure traffic with Plausible Analytics running on my own server. Plausible uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses or other identifiers, and I only see aggregate statistics (e.g. page views, referrers, device type). Nobody can be identified or tracked across sites.

Cookies

  • wp-postpass_dm_invite — set only when you enter an invite code yourself; it unlocks detailed content and is valid for 30 days. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
  • WordPress stores login cookies when signing in to the administration. This does not apply to regular visitors.

Security and operation

To prevent abuse, the server briefly keeps IP addresses in its logs and limits how many forms can be sent from one address (the counter is stored as a hash of the IP address for 1 hour). This data is not used for anything else.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing and object to it. Just write to frieb@digitalmind.cz. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
