Curious by design.

What pulls me in most is what nobody has properly solved yet — a new technology, a fuzzy brief or a system I first have to dig my way into. My strength is grasping the whole picture fast: connecting business, data and infrastructure, and finding a solution that holds up in production, not just in a slide deck. I can lead a team and I can sit down and write the code. I am weaker at routine — by the third time the same task bores me, so I would rather automate it. And I sometimes dig into a new topic deeper than needed; that is why I keep an eye on what has to be delivered and what is just curiosity.
