Move the agenda of a homeowners’ association out of e-mail and paper into one place, where residents report an issue and the committee sees it through.
APPROACH
Technical approach
Laravel 13 and Livewire 4 without a frontend build. Issues with comments and attachments, status management in a grid or kanban, a public building profile, QR invitations and roles. Attachments live on a private disk and a file link is short-lived and only issued to those who can see the issue. A mobile API for the app, including photos taken on site.

What comes next
Finish the contacts module and the mobile app, and bring the first buildings into production.
